Elizabeth Stull

Longtime Goodland resident Elizabeth Ann (Marcotte) Stull passed away on Thursday February 6, 2020 at the Topside Manor in Goodland. Beth was born on August 31, 1934 in Colby, Kansas to Henry P. and Jewell E. (Miller) Marcotte. She was one of six girls. She attended school in Edson, Kansas and received her GED from SCHS in 1952. On June 1, 1952, Beth married Dale Stull in Goodland, Kansas. To this union four children, Linda, Terry, Dale Jr., and Steven were born.

Beth worked several years as the desk clerk at the Holiday Inn and the Buffalo Inn. She attended as many of her grandchildren’s sporting events as she was able to and enjoyed babysitting the grandkids whenever asked. She and her husband were avid Bronco fans and attended games for many years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband and four sisters, Marjorie McCants, Dorothy Gilbert, Betty Goodhue and Shirley Scott.

She is survived by daughters, Linda (Dennis) Saint of Goodland, Terry (Cliff) Goodwin of Lake Havasu City, AZ and sons, Dale Jr. (Debra) Stull of Bethune, CO and Steven (Delma) Stull of Denver, CO. Eight grandchildren, Deidra (Darwin) Cronk of Wichita, KS; Dave (Judy) Goodwin of Goodland; Jody (Ty) MacCormack of San Diego CA; Daniel (Natalie) Goodwin, of Pueblo, CO; Dale Stull III (Alia) of Denver, CO; Alicia (Josh) Payse, of Corona, CA; Max Saint Of Goodland, KS and Blake (Holly) Saint of Goodland KS. Twelve great-grandchildren, Jordan (Augie) Schmidt of Wichita, KS; Kaitlyn Cronk of Lawrence, KS; Layne Goodwin of Lawrence, KS; Chayton Goodwin of Goodland, KS; Austin Hamler of Pueblo, CO; Camille Goodwin of Pueblo, CO; Alyssa Stull of Denver, CO; Lily, Sophie and Kingston Payse, of Corona, CA; and Cain and Blakely Saint of Goodland. One great-great granddaughter, Caidance Michels of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by sister Carol Jones of Concordia, KS and half-sister Pearl (Mike) Chadwick of Dolores, CO, as well as many nieces and nephews.
