Steven Chad Weber was born February 2, 1970 to Ronald and Betty Ann (Crick) Weber in Goodland, KS. He joined his brother Paul in keeping his parents on their toes always.
In High School, Steve enjoyed basketball and baseball. After graduation in 1988 from Goodland High School, he went on to attend college at Kansas State University in Manhattan. He unfortunately had way too much fun and didn’t finish, but later went to attend the Communications Technology program at Northwest Kansas Technical School in Goodland, KS. He went on to enjoy a 20 year career in that field.
He met his love Merica Gahagan while attending tech school and they eventually married on May 7, 2005. The following year they welcomed their first daughter Grace Ann in 2006 followed by their second daughter Emma Jo in 2010.
The main loves of Steve’s life was his girls, his dogs and his sports teams. You could always find him cheering on his beloved Cubs, Steelers, and K-State Wildcats or playing video games.
Steve’s health began to decline in recent years and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, with Merica by his side.
Steve is survived by his father Ron Weber, Merica, and his girls Grace and Emma along with many friends and extended family members who will miss him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Ann and brother Paul in addition to his grandparents and many extended family members.
