Sharon Springs, Kansas resident Sally Jane Armstrong, 66, died October 2, 2015, at Colby Health and Rehabilitation.
She was born April 22, 1949, at Goodland, Kansas, the daughter of Wilda Marie (Allison) and Cecil Monroe Armstrong.
She and Bill Pearce were married for six and a half years, and then divorced.
Sally had a long and full life, filled with things she loved. You could always find Sally doing her arts and crafts or going to the Senior Center to spend time with friends and play games. At the top of her list, she loved going to the farm, getting to ride 4-wheelers with Kaydy and playing with all of the animals. She loved collecting angels. Family was what she lived for.
Preceding her in death were her parents, brother Lawrence William Lorimor, and sister Peggy Rojean Armstrong.
Surviving family includes siblings Doris Jean Dinglo and her husband Dan of California; Ronald Kent Lorimor and his wife Kenita of Washington; LaDonna Marie Tesmer of Kansas; Carol Sue Watson and her husband Mike of Nebraska; and Virginia Ann Dreiling and her husband Terry of Kansas; sister-in-law Linda Lorimor of California; and several nieces and nephews.
The memorial graveside service will be Saturday, October 24, at 11:00 AM MT, at the Weskan Cemetery, with Reverend Paul McNall officiating.
Memorials, in Sally Armstrong’s name, may be designated to Colby Health and Rehabilitation, and may be left at the service, or mailed to Koons Funeral Home, 211 N. Main, Goodland, KS 67735-1555
