Raphael Ignacio Quiones Windell, infant son of Ellie Rose Dinkel and Andy George Windell was born at rest on December 25, 2017.
He is survived by his parents, a half-sister Adalyne Windell, paternal grandparents Rob and Diane Windell of Kanorado, KS and maternal grandparents Vicki and R. Dean Dinkel of Sharon Springs, KS, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family graveside services will be held at the Kanorado Cemetery, Kanorado, KS.
