Lifelong Goodland, Kansas resident Patricia Louise Knudson Perrey, 94, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
Surviving family includes her husband Dwight Perrey of Goodland; son David Knudson and his wife Roberta of Loveland, Colorado; and granddaughter Lisa Knudson and her children Noah, Lucas, and Grace, all of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
Preceding her in death were her parents Myrtle (Powers) and L. N. Shaw, husband Curtis Knudson, and sister Norma Jean Adamson.
She was born July 20, 1921, at Goodland, the daughter of Myrtle (Powers) and L. N. Shaw. Pat was a 1939 graduate of Sherman Community High School in Goodland, attended cosmetology school in Denver, Colorado, and was a hairdresser for fifty years in Goodland. On February 5, 1977, she and Dwight Perrey were married at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Goodland. Her memberships included St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, P.E.O. Chapter Z, and Order of the Eastern Star Goodland Chapter 122.
The funeral will be Tuesday, July 28, at 2:00 PM MT, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Goodland, with Father Don Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the Goodland Cemetery.
Friends may share their respects on Monday, July 27, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM MT, at Koons Chapel in Goodland.
