Heather Ann Steggall

Heather Ann Steggall 48, passed away at her home on August 23, 2026. Heather was born on April 4, 1978, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Richard Bradley and Shirley Houston.

Heather received her GED. She loved shopping and always wanted to buy things for her grandchildren and other people just to see them smile.

Heather is survived by her children, Victoria Minchow, Tyler Staggall, Tobi Staggall, Nicholas Halls, Kenzie Halls and Patience Posch. Mother Shirley (Gary) Houston, and father Richard Bradley. Sisters Amy Jacox, MeiLai Thomas. Brothers Micah Bradley, Jonathon Bradley and Josheph Bradley. Heather also has 10 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
