Deborah Ann Gipe

Deborah Ann Gipe, 65, passed away at Goodland Regional Medical Center in Goodland, KS on March 20, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1960, to Karl Gipe and Lucky (Lindsey) Gipe in Burlington.

At the time of her passing Debbie was under the care of ResCare at Goodland and prior to that was a client of Dynamic Dimensions, Inc. at Burlington.

She kept in contact with members of her Burlington High School classmates (1980).

Debbie embraced life on her terms, good or bad — anyone she came in contact with has a special memory.

She loved anything Elvis. She loved the Denver Broncos and John Elway. She loved her church family. She loved John Denver. She loved her cousins. And she especially loved her cats, carving out special places for them in her life for the many years she shared space with them.

She is survived by her mother Lucky of Burlington, two brothers Lee (Vicki) Gipe of Mesa, Ariz., and Ken (Debbie Reynolds) Gipe of Garden City, Kan. She is also survived by her aunt Joy (Rol) Hudler of Burlington; uncle Earl Gipe (Kathy) Arvada and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Deborah is preceded in death by her father Karl.
