Barbara Hogue

Barbara Jean "Amy" Hogue, 81, passed away July 29, 2014. Born June 10, 1933 in Syracuse, Kansas to Robert Bernard Werner and Golda Mae (Aldrich) Werner. She had three siblings, Betty Mae (Beilman), Robert Lee, and James Dorrel.

She married John Jesse Hogue November 24, 1956. From this union, she has three children, John Robert, James Mark, and Jean Marie.

Barbara has six grandchildren; John Joseph Hogue, Jesse Lee Hogue, Amy Elizabeth Hogue, Camille Elaine Hogue, Katherine Mae Burczek, and Caroline Renee Hogue-Fowler. She also has eight great grandchildren; Makayla Alejandra Camberos, Jesse James Castillo-Hogue, Mayra Elizabeth Rivero-Hogue, Stephanie Rivero-Hogue, Dillon Lee Burczek, Dawson James Burczek, Alyzia Sharee Hogue-Wildes, and Jacob Aydenn Cantrell. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jesse Hogue; her parents Robert and Golda Werner; and her brothers James Dorrel Werner & Robert Lee Werner.

Graveside service, 1:30pm, Wednesday, August 6, Goodland Cemetery, Goodland, Kansas.
