Alan Lee Carlson

Burlington, Colorado resident Alan Lee Carlson, 74, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2026 at his home in Burlington.

Alan was born on July 3, 1951 in Jamestown, New York to Gerald and Kathleen (Kent) Carlson. He was one of 3 children. He grew up in Jamestown and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1969. He later went on and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Oswego State University in Oswego, NY.

He served in the United States Army from 1971-1973. Following that time, he spent many years dedicated to the automotive industry in sales. After years of dedication, he retired in July of 2024. When not working, you could always find him enjoying time spent with family and going Elk hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Kathleen Carlson.

Alan is survived by his wife Danielle Carlson of the home in Burlington, his son Jacob Carlson and daughter Breanne Carlson of Burlington, one sister Sheryl Jakorber of Arvada, CO and one brother Steve Carlson of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen and no services are planned at this time.
